Subject: And oh, that title.
Downright strange film about bike safety. Lots and lots of odd tidbits here. From Dad's ridiculous pants to his suspiciously looking 'hair" to the fact that kids are apparently riding bikes with wide bellbottoms with noone from the bike shop saying anything about it, to yes, the lack of helmets. All the kids seem to be riding the same ugly bike too.
